迎采动沿空掘巷窄煤柱合理宽度的研究

Study on the Reasonable Width of the Narrow Coal Pillar of Roadway in Gob Entry Driving of Face-mining

摘要: 以棋盘井煤矿0913回风巷道掘进工程为背景,采用理论计算和数值模拟的方法研究了沿空掘巷窄煤柱的合理宽度。首先,通过极限平衡理论计算出窄煤柱合理宽度为5.08m。然后,利用FLAC3D数值模拟软件分析了不同的煤柱宽度对巷道围岩造成的变形影响,得出窄煤柱的合理宽度为5~6m。为了现场施工管理方便,最终确定合理的窄煤柱宽度为5m。

Abstract: Based on the 0913 return air roadway construction project of Qi Panjing coal mine, this paper uses the theoretical calculation and numerical simulation method to study the reasonable width of the narrow coal pillar of roadway in gob entry driving. First, the reasonable width of narrow coal pillar is 5.08m, which calculated through the limit equilibrium theory. Then using the FLAC3D numerical simulation software, the paper analyses roadway surrounding rock deformation caused by the different width of coal pillar. It is concluded that the reasonable width of narrow coal pillar is 5m ~ 6m. In order to facilitate the construction management, the final determination of a reasonable narrow coal pillar width is 5m. Keeping a reasonable width of coal pillar and adopting a scientific and effective support scheme, to ensure the stability of coal pillar are the key to the success of the narrow pillar of roadway in gob driving.
